Customized for Your Needs:
We will design a personal workout and nutritional program TOGETHER to help you reach your fitness goals whether it’s losing fat, building muscle, increasing endurance, increasing core strength or all of the above.
Unique Philosophy:
By including the three components listed below in your program (I like to call them the “synergy”), you will get the results you desire. - Resistance training: You will add lean muscle tissue to your frame. Many times this is overlooked by people trying to lose fat or lose weight. However, muscle is the only part of our bodies to burn calories. By increasing muscle mass, your body will become more efficient at burning calories.
Better Nutrition:
I recommend you do NOT “diet”. Diets don’t work. By eating less food and eating less often, you merely slow down your metabolism and this leads to the infamous yo-yo effect. I can’t think of anything more frustrating for someone trying to lose weight. We will work together to plan your meals for Monday-Friday, just like you would do for anything on your schedule. You’ll choose what you’ll eat, when you’ll eat, and we’ll make it a plan so it becomes a complete “no-brainer” …and a simple plan to stick to.
Cardio-vascular training:
This is an essential component. It helps with the process of burning fat, speeding your metabolism and building your endurance. Ultimately, by adding cardio training to your program, you’ll feel great and your workouts will be more effective. Cardio workouts help bring it all together. This is the third key element is what I mentioned earlier, the “synergy.”
Certified and Qualified Trainer:
Yes, I'm a certified trainer. And you definitely want to deal with only
certified trainers. But being certified does not mean one is qualified
to craft a customized program for individuals. One of the common problems
I see in the personal training industry is the fact that trainers don’t
focus the individual needs of their clients. Not only are your goals important
to you…they are my priority as well. I’ve worked with a variety
of clients and understand the adjustments that need to be made and I understand
how to read your body’s reactions to the adjustments. An effective
training program needs goals, an outline, and the desire to follow through.
I provide the motivation, accountability, and field your questions and
concerns as as often as they come up. You take the steps along the way.

Listen to YOUR Body:
The ongoing adjustments we make to your workout and nutritional program are one of the key components. We will try different routines, different foods, and adjust based on what works for you and what yields results. Making adjustments is crucial to your training program and your nutritional plan. We will go with what your body responds to, and throw out the things that don’t work. This is the “customization” part of the program that allows us to achieve optimal results.
Teaching and Education:
As you make these positive changes in your life it’s impossible to NOT learn a few things. We will focus on one body…yours. As your body responds to adjustments, you will learn valuable info that you will carry with you and will guide you in years to come. As a result, you will be able to maintain a high level of fitness throughout the rest of your life by naturally staying in tune with your body
